This method means you will have to do some of the steps yourself. But you will have the support of our expert helpline technicians to guide you over the phone and remotely access your computer to complete the majority of the process.

Out of area? Or perhaps you just want the added convenience of a remote support remedy. In order to install the required update, you will need a few items. These are a laptop with USB-A port and a USB-A to USB-B cable (printer cable). Mac devices require on-site assistance.
