James was born in Tauranga and grew up to discover a real passion for travelling and always being on the move. It was this passion that nudged him towards us, enticed by the prospect of getting to hit the road everyday as a Geek on Wheels.
When it comes to experience, James has it all. He’s been a systems engineer for Spark and a remote technician for the DHB. Holding a AZ-104 certificate from Microsoft, his expertise lies in Window’s server and their cloud computing platform, Azure.
He’s got many travelling tales up his sleeve, such as swimming with the whale sharks in Indonesia and staying in a Buddhist monastery on the Thailand-Myanmar border. When he’s not travelling, he loves hitting the gym, shooting hoops and catching waves at the beach.
