- Smart TV & Terrestrial Channels: Your TV will be connected to the network for smart features and linked to Sky/Freeview for all your favourite channels.
- Home Phone Functionality: We’ll confirm your home phone is working perfectly, both for outgoing and incoming calls, and even move the patch cable if needed for your single-handset phone.
- Quick Tutorial: A brief run-through of any changes from your previous setup, so you feel confident using your tech in your new home.
Retirement Village Setup Package

Please note: This package focuses on the essential setup.
It doesn’t include setting up new devices beyond initial Wi-Fi connection, troubleshooting broken printers, or extensive support for other devices.
If your needs go beyond this package or the appointment runs over an hour, Geeks On Wheels are happy to assist; however additional time will be charged in 15-minute increments at your applicable hourly rate.
Standard Pricing Structure: Geeks On Wheels’ standard appointments are charged as a minimum of one hour, with additional time billed in 15-minute increments. A one-off callout fee is also applied to each job.
For Gold Card holders, we offer a 10% labour discount.
