Jose grew up in Rhode Island, USA, with a dream of becoming an electrical engineer. That early spark turned into a lifelong fascination with how things work. Whether it was studying IT, diving into coding and networking, or exploring automotive electronics.
These days, Jose’s passion isn’t just about solving problems, it’s about helping people. He thrives on the “front lines,” building rapport and making technology feel less intimidating for customers. With training across CompTIA, Cisco networking, coding, and more, Jose has a talent for reverse-engineering problems and finding clear solutions quickly.
When he’s not geeking out over tech, you’ll find him weightlifting, bowling, gaming, or sightseeing. Determined and compassionate, Jose has family roots stretching from Rhode Island to Puerto Rico, but he’s the first in his family to make a home here.
Jose’s dream adventure would be to travel across China following the Great Wall. Quite the journey!
